This section of the labor resource center offers different kinds of evaluation documents: classroom observation forms, evaluation forms, self-evaluation/self-report forms, handbooks from universities or departments that articulate evaluation philosophies/principles, and protocols and practices. If you have materials to share or ideas about what you’d like to see here, contact us at CWPALRC@gmail.com. We’d like examples of instruments for evaluation of online teaching, and examples of documents/instruments people have used to make strong cases for crediting Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.

- Scholars for Ethical Review: From their site: "Welcome to this collaborative enterprise. We aim to help each other do institutional review with both generosity and rigor. We’re hoping to develop best practices tips plus templates for reader’s reports, peer review, tenure review, book review, citation, and more. To join our conversation, go to the Discussion page. To read our information, check out Documents. Eventually we will post Templates and Guides. Scholars for Ethical Review was founded by Grace Lavery (University of California at Berkeley) and Talia Schaffer (CUNY Graduate Center and Queens College, CUNY)."
